++FALL BALL++
Our Fall Ball season is a great opportunity for new players to increase their stick skills and familiarity with the sport, and for returning players to keep their skills sharp in the off season! It is practice only, on Sunday afternoons. We understand that many of our players have other sports commitments in the fall so the once a week weekend practice is designed to avoid scheduling conflicts. Fall Ball will run September 13, 20, 27, and October 14, 18. Sessions will be held at Woodland Middle School on Sundays from 2-4pm.
++SPRING SEASON++
Our Spring program incorporates all of the elements of the Fall program, and adds additional games and league play against other area lacrosse programs. This allows the players to compete locally in a fun environment, which helps solidify the skills they are learning and gives them a positive overall experience.

Lacrosse Age Group Breakdown (Up to 12U)
USA Lacrosse uses a 12-month age grouping model, meaning players are placed based on their birth year, not school grade. Birthdate is the determining factor for age group placement.
For the 2025–2026 season (September 1, 2025 – August 31, 2026), age groups include:
• 6U – Players 6 years old and under
• 8U – Players 8 years old and under
• 10U – Players 10 years old and under
• 12U – Players 12 years old and under
These groupings follow USA Lacrosse age guidelines to ensure safe, fair, and developmentally appropriate competition. While graduation year may be referenced as a guide, birth year always determines eligibility
